Boatmate Return Policy

• Accept eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order.
  
• Special order and/or painted parts are not eligible for return.
  
• Must contact Boatmate for return authorization number prior to returning.
  
• Refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.
  
• Charge no more than 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee.
• Pay for all standard shipping costs and charge no restocking fees when the return is a result of Boatmate error.
